A great selection of fab food at breakfast time. Stunning, incredible location just off many restaurants, the theaters and other downtown activities and river within in walking distance to the Palace Theatre Columbus.
Bad smell in the room.

easy access to parks and amazing local eateries
during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Bicentennial Park, just a short walk away, and there were fantastic dining options like Condado Tacos just a few steps down the street for a quick bite after my city explorations.

Comfy bed and good location to what we wanted to do.
A bit dated, AC in room was poor (had to set it to 62 just to cool it down to a comfortable temp. very humid).

Family travel, some nice touches
The staff here were super friendly and immediately brought us the extra pillows we asked for. Plus, the view from our suite was really something, like, you could actually see the river shimmering, it was nice to wake up to that.
Not exactly a bargain but it was worth it for the extra comfort.

We were compensated with a river view room and free breakfast for our rooms not being ready.
Our rooms weren't ready at 4 as there were lots of late checkouts.

Very nice room, comfortable, roomy. Bed very comfortable.
Bedskirt torn, attendant asked if we wanted room cleaned. (of course) had to pay for parking. I feel for the price of this place, parking should be included.

Spacious suite with a river view
We loved our one-bedroom suite with a fine river view. The modern decor and spacious layout.
The lack of air conditioning during an unseasonably warm stay made sleeping a struggle. The room remained hot despite our efforts to cool it down.

The bed was heavenly, we did not want to get out of it!
The ice machine on our floor was out of service, so we had to keep going up and down floors to get ice. The ice bucket was also rather small.
